Shipping

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
• Toolbox Powertools currently ships within India only.

Returns & exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number via the Contact Us page.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Items marked as final sale, or that have been used or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
